When Okuhle Media decided to expand its fleet of company vehicles, the Chevy Spark seemed the logical choice.

Okuhle (pronounced O-koo-schle and meaning ‘Great Things’ in Xhosa) is an all female owned, BEE Level 2, award winning, 360-degree Marketing and Production company, situated in Cape Town.

Louise van Hoff, Director and co-founder of Okuhle said, “We have a number of Producers and Marketing Managers who spend a great deal of time on the road, either meeting with clients or setting up for shoots. With our company having seen excellent growth, despite the tough economic climate, we could no longer rely on our existing vehicles and it became necessary to increase the size of our vehicle pool. We spent a great deal of time researching and investigating our options and, with the help of the friendly, efficient team at CP Nel Motors, we chose two new Chevy Sparks. While their affordable price was an obvious advantage, what really attracted us to these vehicles was their fantastic fuel efficiency. This was one of our non-negotiable requirements and forms a part of Okuhle’s policy to reduce our impact on the environment. The fact that the vehicles are ideal for city driving, with agile handling and a tight turning circle, is what convinced us these gorgeous little cars were perfect for our needs.

With our current portfolio of five television productions combined with our Marketing Department’s new and existing clients, we expect that we will, once again, have to expand our fleet in the near future.
