I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Charl and Attie for the superb and professional manner in the which they handled our third vehicle purchase from your dealership in the past 6 months.

We arrived unannounced on late on Monday afternoon 5 September to find your team still at work. Charl immediately assisted us with showing us vehicles that he had but also making a suggestion to maybe look at a new Chev Corsa Utility instead with all the benefits. We were most impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness.

On Tuesday morning, a mere few hours later, Attie called to say our financing was approved and when do we want to collect the vehicle! WOW!

This is our third vehicle purchase since the beginning of the year and we would like to thank all those involved for their assistance, speed, courtesy and top notch quality service. It is always a pleasure doing business with CP Nel Motors.

Best Service Ever from CP Nel Motors Mossel Bay!

They always say expect the unexpected, but service like this, me and my girlfriend did not expect at all! I bought a new Opel Corsa from CP Nel Motors and when I arrived in Mossel Bay, we were treated like a king and queen.

The staff was so friendly and my new vehicle was standing on the showroom with a red ribbon around it. After signing the required documents, Charl took me to my vehicle and showed me all the features and explained all the ins and outs. After that, he requested that I need to ring the brass bell on that wall.

I did in deed and everyone clapped hands and congratulated me with my new vehicle – awesome, I never had service like this ever! I was even rewarded with a stay in a nearby guesthouse for 2 evenings!

From my side CP Nel Motors, you guys are awesome and I will definitely send you some more business in the near future.

Can’t wait to buy my new vehicle from you guys!

Good day CP NEL FAMILY

I must say we had a fab time; the kids enjoyed them & my wife was very relaxed!

I never had service like this before and I must say it was top class.

From my side I will really put CP NEL on the map for more customers and for growth to be the leading dealership in the GM family.

I will be back at use in December to purchase a 1.4 Corsa Utility Sport bakkie and I cant wait to see you guys again.

3 Years ago, we purchased a new Opel Corsa 1.4i Club, from CP NEL MOTORS and during the 3 year period , we have received nothing but the best service from Management, the Service Department, Spares Department and last but not least from the petrol pump attendants, who are always friendly and polite.

We once ran out of petrol on the N2 on the way to George and feeling a bit helpless, we phoned CP NEL and within 15 minutes, the Service Department Manager arrived with 5liters of petrol for the vehicle - we were so impressed!

We have since purchased a new ISUZU KB250 Extended Cab bakkie and again have received excellent service from the Sales Manager and Staff, plus the trade in on the Corsa bakkie was way above our expectations!

Thank you CP NEL MOTORS, you are most certainly “a family you can trust”

Ek wil langs hierdie weg dankie sê vir die hulp en ondersteuning wat jy en Chris aan ons verleen het gister, toe ons in ‘n baie moeilike situasie beland het, deurdat die handrem van my swaer se nuwe Captiva, nie wou loskom nie. Die feit dat dit ‘n Sondag was en julle dus geensins verplig was om hulp te verleen nie, ten spyt.

Dit het net weer vir my bewys dat CP Nel Motors en hul personeel werklik hulle kliente soos familie beskou en dat mens dus altyd op julle kan staatmaak.

‘n Beter span petroljoggies as die van CP Nel Motors is daar nie in Mosselbaai nie. Hul diens strek u maatskappy tot groot eer.

Net ‘n kort e-mail van my kant af om baie dankie te sê vir die professionele manier waarop jy my transaksie hanteer het – vanaf die begin tot einde was dit ‘n absolute plesier en ek het veral die moeite wat jy gedoen het, om ‘n koper vir my BMW so ver as in Pretoria te vind, baie waardeer…

Dankie vir jou gereelde opvolg en vir die feit dat jy ons deurentyd op hoogte gehou het.

Die Cruze beindruk – het baie lekker terug gery Johannesburg toe gister – het vanaf Kleinbrakrivier
tot in Bloemfontein (956km) op een tenk gery, in groot gemak – moet sê die padhou vermoë is AWESOME!
