CP Nel Motors is located in Mossel Bay, at the Southern part of the Garden Route, with easy access off the N2 highway.

We are a “Small” category Dealership, enjoying the General Motors franchise and because we are “small” we are able to be big on old fashioned family service – just the kind you used to enjoy, but which somehow seems to have disappeared as business became more competitive.

Our standards of service have become legendary, and we have happy customers across South Africa, including a National Group like Shoprite Checkers, who have favoured CP Nel Motors with their Isuzu truck business.

Our “CSI” ratings (customer Satisfaction Index) are significantly higher than the Industry norm and this is borne out by the fact that we are rated amongst the top few General Motors Dealers across a wide basket of measurement criteria.

Personal service is what you can expect at CP Nel Motors, perhaps because the ownership structure is also the management structure – we don’t have a “head-office” away in some far off town. We are able to make instant decisions and these are almost always made with a view to keeping a customer happy.
